Ingredients
Burger Pattie
- 1 kg your choice of meat/poultry/seafood/vegetable
- 3 tablespoons Goan Cuisine Tandoori Marinade
- 2 tablespoons Yoghurt
- Juice of a lemon
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt to taste
Coleslaw
- 1/4 cabbage shredded
- 2 carrots shredded
- 2 apples shredded sprinkled with juice of a lemon
- 1/2 cup mint chopped
- 1 tablespoons Goan Cuisine Green Chilli Jam
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup roasted crushed almonds
Method
Burger Pattie
- Combine mince and onion in large bowl
- Add 2 tablespoons Goan Cuisine Green Chilli Jam and salt
- Fold through coriander or mint and carrot
- Add egg, mix well and portion into 4 patties
- Cook on bbq or seal off in frying pan and finish cooking in oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until cooked through
Coleslaw
- Combine all ingredients and season with salt if required
