  • Tandoori chicken mini skewers (Goan Cuisine Tandoori Masala)
  • Hot smoked salmon with caper and dill cream cheese dip
  • Baked pears with blue cheese (hollowed out poached pears filled w blue cheese)
  • Honeycomb chunk
  • Grapes in champagne glasses of iced water
  • Thinly sliced Granny Smith apple (with a squeeze of lemon)
  • Goan Cuisine Jackfruit and Lime Sambal
  • Rocket, crushed cashew and slivered shallot salad dressed with a vinaigrette of Goan Cuisine Blood Orange Marmalade
  • Olive baguette
  • Whole grain crackers
  • Bread sticks
