Jackfruit & Lime Sambal

A savoury accompaniment to smoked meat, sausages and sh, and an exotic addition to a cheese board. The fruity flavour, and chilli bite, would enhance kangaroo and venison, slow roasted duck, squab, beef/lamb fillets or quail.
