Tandoori Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 12 medium size Lean Lamb Chops
  • 2 tablespoons TANDOORI PASTE
  • 2 tablespoons Natural Yoghurt
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Directions

Prepare marinade by mixing together the TANDOORI PASTE, yoghurt and salt.
Apply mixture to lamb chops and marinate covered for 4 hours or preferably overnight, in refrigerator.

Pre-heat oven, and bake on medium heat for 20 minutes on each side or until done.

Serve with a mixed salad and Goan Cuisine Pineapple Achar or Tamarind Chutney as an accompaniment.
