Cucumber Achar

  • As dressing, chunky or blended, to be drizzled or dotted on:
    Pork entrees or mains.
  • As part of onion base for pilafs:
    Cucumber Achar, green peas, onions, spring onions, coconut milk.
  • As accompaniment to entrees or mains:
    Crumbed oysters/fish, seared scallops or prawns, warm chicken salad, stuffed baramundi, squid.
  • Perfect in sandwiches and rolls, with yoghurt or cream cheese as a dip, and in a ‘raita’ yoghurt salad.
