Green Chilli Jam Crepe/Spring Roll Filling

Ingredients

  • 500 grams Cooked chicken/prawn flesh
  • 100 grams Onion, diced
  • 100 grams GREEN CHILLI JAM
  • 100 grams Sour Cream, light
  • 20 millilitres Canola Vegetable Oil

Directions

Fry onion in oil until golden brown. Add diced chicken and Green Chilli Jam and bring up to heat on low flame. Take pot off burner and fold through sour cream. Divide mixture into 5 portions for crepe filling.
The following could be added to this basic filling for variety and a more substantial meal:

  • Chick peas – 1 can
  • Roma tomatoes de-seeded – 2
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped – 1 bunch
  • Grated matured cheddar cheese – 100 grams
