Prawn Balchao Crepe/Spring Roll Filling
Ingredients
- 100g Brown onions, chopped
- 100g Green Peas, blanched
- ½ bunch Fresh Coriander Leaves, chopped
- 2 Roma tomatoes, de-seeded & diced
- 200g PRAWN BALCHAO
- 15 ml Oil
Directions
Fry onions in oil until golden-brown.
Add all other ingredients and bring up to heat.
Divide mix into five portions for Crepes.
For variations, add any of the following to the mix:
- Sweet corn kernels blanched – 100g
- Grated carrot – 100g
- Spring onions, sliced fine – 2
- Diced cooked potato – 150g
- Green chilli de-seeded, finlely chopped – 2
